Ludicra Disbands

San Francisco-based black metal outfit Ludicra has broken up after almost thirteen years as a unit.

On July 27th, the band issued the following statement:

"Ludicra has officially disbanded. It's been a great and rewarding ride. We would like to thank all who've supported us and been involved. We have left over items for sale on the official lwebsite. The prices have been halved, so hopefully people can enjoy these things instead of them sitting in storage and we can pay our final bills. Thanks."

Since their formation in 1998, Ludicra has released four full-length albums, with their debut studio album Hollow Psalms released in 2002 via Live Is Abuse. Ludicra's latest effort, entitled The Tenant, was released in March of 2010 through Profound Lore Records.
