Deals Death is Killer

A little while ago, this sweet, sweet video was brought to your attention, featuring Deals Death front man Olle Ekman engaging in “vocal exercises” - and as it turns out, this band is awesome!

I must admit, that after the above footage, I neglected to actually take the time to listen to the Swedish melodic death metallers, but after being contacted by Olle I was indeed blown away by their sound.

Below is the video for the track ‘Fortified’ which is taken off the band’s sophomore record, entitled Elite, and after watching this clip, I am quite certain that no one would want to mention the hilarity of Olle Ekman’s take on vocal training, as it is made abundantly clear that this man is huge!

Forming in 2008 in Borlänge, Sweden, Deals Death released their debut album, Internal Demons in 2009, before relocating to Gothenberg and recording their second full length release, Elite, in May of 2010. Mixed and mastered by Jonas Kjellgren of Scar Symmetry, Elite has yet to receive an official release date.
