An Update From DEPRIVATION

Metallers Deprivation have recently posted an update regarding the search for a new guitarist, upcoming shows and more!
Here is what they had to say;
SO we’ve been extremely quiet on the touring circuit the past couple of months. A few things have been happening to Deprivation that we’d like you all to know.....
Firstly we’ve been auditioning rhythm guitarists to fill the void missing next to Lach. It hasn’t been an easy task in our little country town but we think we may have found that someone special. You’ll all have to wait till our next gig to see if it works out.
The band has moved into a new rehearsal space aptly named ‘D CREW HQ’. For the first time ever we don’t have to worry about winging neighbours & can now concentrate on what’s most important…..THE METAL! We have been busy writing new material for our debut album; we’re hoping to hit the studio before xmas [sic] and are experimenting with a lot of new ideas.
There are few big shows on our calendar in the coming months too. The most talked about being the huge festival in Adelaide in September [Click for event] featuring some of Australia’s finest metal acts. To name just a few ~ Switchblade, Humonic, Dyscord, Lynchmada, 5 Star Prison Cell & yours truly Deprivation! We can’t wait to hit the road again and get down n’dirty with ya’s! And just lately we have been doing a little pre production with our good mate Olly down at Wax Rabbit Studios. To show you all where our heads are at right now we’ve uploaded a new tune from the Red Room Sessions titled ‘Dishonorable Discharge’. Hope ya’s dig it. Please leave us some feedback and we’ll being seeing ya’ll in the pit!
Deprivation will be playing their next live show at Club Led in Newcastle on the 6th of August.
