KYPCK Problems With Record Company Pushes Back New Release
Russian-singing Finnish metallers KYPCK [Kursk] have recently made the announcement that their second full length album has been completed. However, this has not been a recent development as they revealed that this album has been finished for the past five moths; and due to problems with their new record company the release date of the new record has been pushed back.
The band commented;
"KYPCK's new full length album has been completed for already 5 months now, but surprisingly and extremely frustratingly the agreement between the band and their new record company still remains unconfirmed.
"Recording the album the band was under the assumption that everything was clear, but that turned out to not be the case. The band now hopes for an autumn release for the new album. Despite numerous requests there will be no live shows until the new album is out."
Completed in 2007, the down-tempo quartet released their debut, the full-length album titled 'Cherno', through the Finnish UHO Production on the 12th of March 2008. In May 2008 the album was licensed to Century Media Records, and is released worldwide.
