DEAD BY APRIL Line-Up Change + New Single

DEAD BY APRIL – the ‘modern melodic metallers’ from Gothenburg, Sweden – will be returning to the UK in October for a full run of dates Special Guesting with My Passion.
 
In advance of these shows, on May 17th, the band will be releasing a new double A-side digital single, comprising of ‘Love Like Blood’ & ‘Promise Me’; ‘Love Like Blood’, a cover of the Killing Joke classic, is taken from a forthcoming KJ tribute album (also featuring artists such as Metallica, Foo Fighters & Helmet), whilst ‘Promise Me’ can be found on DBA’s debut self-titled album.

In addition, the band have just confirmed a line-up change, with guitarist/vocalist Pontus Hjelm being replaced by the magnificently named Zandro Santiago (Pontus, however, will continue as a non-touring member of the writing team). This means that Santiago will share vocal duties with Jimmie Strimell, leaving Johan Olsson to take care of all guitar parts live.
