BLACK ORCHID Part Ways With Vocalist

Adelaide metallers Black Orchid have announced that they have parted ways with vocalist Abby Skye.The band is now in search for a new vocalist, as well as continuing their search for a keyboard player.
Message from guitarist Justin Hartwig;
“Black Orchid's front-woman Abby Skye has mutually parted ways with the band after 2 years of close collaboration. Abby's focus is now firmly set on her solo career in Queensland, Australia. Together we have faced many obstacles as a band, which has now sadly come to an end. We are all immensely proud of what we have created together on stage and in the studio! We sincerely wish Abby all the best with her future career and look forward to hearing her beautifully talented voice resonating from afar.
We have decided to continue Black Orchid starting with the search for a new vocalist. For now, we will continue to write new material for our debut album. All shows will unfortunately be on hold until the line-up is complete. This period will also include auditions for a keyboard player.
